How do we work together?+

Everything is online. Weekly check-ins, daily message access, and a shared dashboard for habits and metrics.

How long until I see results?+

Most clients feel the difference in 2–3 weeks and see meaningful body changes around weeks 4–6.

Do I need a gym?+

No. Programming is built around what you actually have — gym, home, or limited equipment.

What if I travel a lot?+

Travel is built into the plan from week one. We don't pretend it's not happening.

About the Framework

What is the Rebound Proof Framework?+

A 3-phase coaching method — Assess, Rebuild, Sustain — designed so the weight you lose actually stays off.

Is it a meal plan?+

No. It's a coaching framework that includes nutrition strategy, but it's much bigger than a single plan.

Do I have to count macros?+

Sometimes briefly, sometimes not at all. We use the lightest tool that gets the job done.

What happens after I hit my goal?+

We move into a structured maintenance phase. That's the whole point.

How much does coaching cost?+

How do I apply?+

Book a free strategy call. We'll talk through your goals and decide if coaching is the right fit.

Do you offer refunds?+

Coaching commitments are non-refundable, but I'm extremely careful about who I take on so we both feel good about saying yes.

Can we pause coaching?+

In genuine emergencies, yes. Otherwise consistency is part of why this works.
